🎫Tickets

Use tickets to report grief, cheating, harassment, chat abuse, bugs or any other issues/questions you might have. To open a ticket, use the command /ticket You'll then be asked to type a message in chat to give your ticket more context/information. Your message must be longer than 5 words. If you have not typed in a valid response within 30 seconds your ticket entry will be cancelled.

Next select the appropriate category:

If you have selected either bug or other, you will then select how urgent/critical it is:

Playwrights and Helpers will be notified in-game and in our discord of your ticket. Please wait patiently for it to be resolved. You can check the status of your ticket(s) anytime with the command /ticketstatus.

By clicking on one of your open tickets within the status menu you can see any replies and respond back to them.
